SALON POLICIES

Cancellations + No Shows
We reserve your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 48 hour notice. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. 

Late Policy
Out of respect for other guests and our stylists time, we have a 15 minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time, or be asked to reschedule their appointment. If rescheduling is required, there will be a charge for 50% of the missed service. 

Children
Children are welcome when receiving a service, however we kindly ask that children are not brought along to the guest appointment. This is for the safety of the child and in respect to other salon guests. 

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. 

Refunds + Adjustments
Services rendered at Lox and Lather are non refundable, however, there are circumstances where adjustments may need to be made. At Lox and Lather, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. If any adjustments must be made the stylist or salon must be contacted within 72 hours of the service date. There will be no returns or refunds for any products purchased.
